Ways To Enjoy
Traditional Ceremonial Preparation
Sift 1–2 tsp (1–2g) of matcha into a bowl. Add 60ml of hot water (around 80°C—not boiling). Whisk vigorously in a "W" motion using a bamboo chasen until a fine layer of frothy foam forms.
Daily Matcha Latte
Whisk 4g of matcha with 40ml of hot water until smooth. Pour over 120ml of warm or iced milk of your choice (oat pairs exceptionally well). Sweeten lightly with honey or maple syrup if desired.
