Once honoured with the name "Imperial Chrysanthemum" by Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty, this remarkable bloom is named for its radiant golden petals, which unfurl like delicate silk threads when steeped. Cultivated in the misty mountains of She County in Huangshan, Anhui Province, warm days and gentle humidity produce extraordinarily large, fragrant blossoms with a naturally honeyed sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.

Brew Your Moment
Steep the Chrysanthemum flower in 250ml of hot water (around 90-100°C) for 1-2 minutes, allowing the golden petals to fully unfurl for the best aroma and flavour. Enjoy multiple infusions by leaving about 1/3 of the tea in your cup before topping up with fresh hot water. Adjust steeping time to suit your preference.
Tip: Enjoy on its own or pair with red dates and goji berries for a deeper, naturally sweeter infusion.
