Our traditional bamboo scoop has a long, narrow, curved shape that reaches deep into matcha tins much better than a wide spoon. One heaped scoop is roughly 1 gram of matcha giving you more control over the strength of your tea.
Using traditional tools adds to the experience of the mindful, authentic ritual of preparing matcha.
